On the shores of a natural lake rises a 2-story clubhouse that serves as the center of activities in the Arden community. The clubhouse was designed with the roots of its sister amenity, the community farm concept in mind while providing resort style amenities for all to enjoy. A two level resort pool with splash pad, water fall and zero entry provide a striking back drop for the clubhouse and all of the activities on the property.

The clubhouse includes a "wifi" cafe, card room, large event space, outdoor fireplace, fitness center, covered pool pavilion, pool side cabanas, wedding pavilion, event lawn, resort pool, hot tub, splash pad, boat dock and a lake pavilion that extends into Lake Arden for fishing and boating activities.
