At the heart of a community in Wellington, Florida stands the 'Agrihood', a five acre working farm and event barn that serves as the identity for a vibrant and progressive neighborhood. This award winning project is creating buzz across the region and helping to shift the paradigm of neighborhood design while bringing local and sustainable produce and education directly to the community.
First Presbyterian Church in North Palm Beach imagined bringing their main worship Sanctuary into a new era that would modernize and bring enhancements to the existing facility, while also harmonizing with the existing worship halls architectural splendor. A modern Narthex was designed in a campus courtyard with material gestures towards the original sanctuary to help set the stage for the transformation.
On the shores of a natural lake rises a 2-story clubhouse that serves as the center of activities in the Arden community. The clubhouse was designed with the roots of the 'Agrihood' concept in mind while providing resort style amenities for all to enjoy. A two level resort pool with splash pad, water fall and zero entry provide a striking back drop for the clubhouse and all of the activities on the property.
