This residential project is renovation project located in Admirals Cove that began as a front yard and driveway redesign but quickly evolved into a comprehensive renovation of the entire property, including the interior, front yard, and backyard. Originally, the home featured a courtyard layout that blocked views of the house from the street. To create a more open and welcoming entry, the front wall was removed and replaced with a new design featuring two fountains that frame the approach to the residence, enhancing curb appeal and visibility. Inside, the living room, kitchen, family room, and media room were all fully renovated, along with the addition of a new library. The backyard was reimagined to orient all spaces toward the water views at the rear of the property, and the loggia area was refinished to complement the updated outdoor living experience.
