In the village of Wellington, Florida a new community rises around a natural lake and picturesque surroundings. The community is anchored by the concept of the 'Agrihood'. At the entry corten steel was used inthe monument sign to mimic a relic the old farm that Arden was built around. What follows is a quaint collection of pavilions, natural stones, gas lanterns alongside cross buck fences setting the stage for the award winning community.
