The Harbour Ridge Gate House Project, launched in 2024, is a comprehensive redevelopment initiative associated with the Harbour Ridge community. The project includes the construction of a new gate house facility totaling 1,494 square feet, with an anticipated completion date in 2026.

In addition to the new structure, the project scope involves a complete redesign and reconstruction of the entry driveway, including updated pavement, landscaping, and improvements to all associated amenities. These enhancements are designed to improve security, functionality, and the overall arrival experience for residents and visitors alike.
