Completed in 2019, the Holland & Knight project involved the interior build-out of a law firm office space encompassing approximately 15,425 square feet. The space was developed within a Class A office building signifying top-tier construction standards, prime location, and high-quality amenities. The interior build-out  combines contemporary functionality with refined materials and finishes. The layout emphasizes spatial efficiency while maintaining a sense of openness, integrating private offices, collaborative zones, and client-facing areas with attention to acoustics, lighting, and visual flow. This project exemplifies a thoughtful approach to workplace design within a high-performance legal environment, tailored to meet the rigorous demands of a modern, full-service law firm.
