This project involved a comprehensive interior renovation and exterior alterations to an existing residence, bringing the total gross square footage to 10,841. The scope included modernizing the existing structure while integrating new additions to enhance functionality and architectural character. The design respects the original framework while introducing updated finishes, refined spatial organization, and expanded living areas for a seamless blend of old and new.
