The Sandridge Golf Club project, initiated in 2021, involves a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the existing county-owned clubhouse facilities. The project encompasses a total gross square footage of 24,774 and includes major updates to both the main building and the surrounding site.

Throughout the construction period, which is scheduled for completion in 2026, the club will continue operating using its existing amenities to minimize disruption for patrons. The scope of work includes full upgrades to the clubhouse, the addition of new site amenities, and improvements to the parking areas.

Key enhancements feature the construction of a new banquet center, a commercial kitchen, a renovated pro shop, and multiple dining options. These upgrades aim to modernize the facility, enhance visitor experience, and better serve the needs of the community and club members.
